HOW SWEET IT IS...

SUPERBOWL CHAMPION PITTSBURGH STEELERS

The run that broke the game open..."Fast" Willie Parker

The epitome of how to run a class organization, unlike other NFL owners, Dan Rooney kept Bill Cowher and gave him the players needed to make the Superbowl run...and he was rewarded.

Finally...Bill Cowher gets the trophy...and a class act that he is, he hands it to his boss...the owner Dan Rooney

Thanx to Steve Go and the other QHC teens for watching the game with me...and putting up with my craziness....

I finally figured out how to add lots of pics so here we go...

First - I know I had my doubts but...."HOW 'BOUT THEM STEELERS!!!" Their 1st Superbowl in a decade, and to get there in historic fashion. All we have to do is ride the "Bus" one more time...for that elusive Superbowl victory for Bill Cowher...

Second - updated pics of my 2 nephews Matthias and Caleb.  See any resemblance between Caleb and me?

Only the cutest nephews in the world....Matthias (left) and Caleb (right).

Third - The following are pictures from my short-term missions trip to Kenya, Africa in Jan 2006. The 1st 2 are from a worship service with other Chinese folks in Nairobi, Kenya.  The other pictures are from the African Inland Church - Kabiyet about a few kilometers from the Ravine Bible Institute in Eldama Ravine, Kenya. They were taken during a weekend ministry stay with a couple Ravine Bible students with whom we stayed with and accompanied them during their weekend ministry.

The animals pictures were taken in the wild (if you believe that I have a bridge in Brooklyn I want to sell you).  They were taken in the Nakuru National Park while we were on a mini safari....

The QHC STM team leading the Chinese worship service in Nairobi, Kenya.

For the geographically challenged, the equater is 0 degrees latitude...or is it longitude???

Please pass the word...I want as many e-props as possible

I can't believe I've grace my presence in NYC for 2 months already...seems longer....yikes.

Good thanksgivine with uncle, aunt and cousins in Rye, NY. Just ate and chilled. No football this year which is ok seeing that this old body can't take it anymore...

Plans are in the works for a short, 2-week exploratory missions trip to Kenya, Africa in early January. It's at the beginning of the NFL playoffs but that's ok since the Steelers STINK and won't even make it. And even if they decide to get off their rear ends and sneak in, they'll be done in 1 game anyways.  I guess I'll have to wait til next year for another Superbowl run. I guess that also means no snow for 2 weeks....

I finally had the chance to talk to the senior high youth group for the 1st time on Friday night. Today I drove down to Jones Beach on Long Island and took a stroll along the beach for a few minutes.  A lot of old folks just hanging out there so that was an interesting site to see. I wonder if they are there during the winter months ....maybe they're waiting to do their polar bear dives into the water...hmmm.

Steelers won a close won the other day and the Penguins finally won a couple games.

Had to get a new cell phone because my old one is dying out.  The signal keeps bouncing in and out.  Neways...my new digits 347-753-1324.

And WHY can't the stupid Penguins win a game? Go Steelers....
